How do I take it?
Our L-Arginine Supplement is a powder and is measured in scoops. One scoop contains 5,000 mg (5 grams) of elemental pharmaceutical grade l-arginine. There are 30 scoops in a can.
All you do is put a couple of level scoops in a glass of water and mix it up. You can use as much water as you need for your taste. If the water is cold, it will take a minute to dissolve.
Our L-Arginine Supplement comes in two formulas. Mixed Berry is sucralose free. Citrus Berry is the same formula but uses a small amount of sucralose. Mixed Berry uses natural sweetener (inulin, fructose, pea protein, and natural flavors).
How much should I take?
There are several procols for using L-Arginine supplements depending on your needs and objectives. It 's not necessary to take L-Arginine on an empty stomach or at any particular time. The l-arginine supplement is active in your body for up to 30 hours, so it has plenty of time to be absorbed.
If you have serious health issues, such as cardio-vascular disease or diabetes, you should consider taking 4 scoops a day. This is the same dose that the high-risk cardio-vascular patients used in the High Desert Heart Institute Study. In this case they took 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the evening. Dr. Prendergast takes 4 scoops in the morning. Craig Capson, who recovered from terminal prostate cancer took 4 scoops, 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
Four scoops is certainly a theraputic dose. You will get the results you need. It would be difficult to take too much L-Arginine. It's been tested to 40 scoops a day with no side effects.
Some people cut back to 2 scoops as a maintenance dose. In case of Dr. Glenn Hawes, his chest pain and other symptoms returned at 2 scoops, so he went back to 4.
How long will I have to take L-Arginine?
We have the experience of many thousands of people who are taking our recommended L-Arginine Supplement. Will I feel anything?
